Rasmussen has a poll showing what might come as a surprise to many in the GOP…
If Ron I Hate Israel Paul actually ran as a third party, it actually benefits Mitt Romney, rather than Barack Obama.
…Yet despite apparent Democratic hopes that a Paul candidacy might cut into Romney’s total, the likely Republican nominee is the winner of a three-way race if the election were held right now. Given that matchup, Romney earns 44% support to President Obama’s 39%. Paul runs a distant third with 13% of the vote. Two percent (2%) like some other candidate, and another two percent (2%) are undecided.
Very interesting, considering how much damage Ross Perot did to George H. W. Bush in 1992.
In that ’92 race, Perot got 18.9% of the vote and in this Rasmussen poll Paul gets 13%. Still, 5.9% gap could change the election drastically. Bush lost re-election due to the same reason Obama will lose in 2012.

Ron Paul does NOT hate Israel! He agrees with Israel’s Prime Minister that America need not intervene or support Israel, “she’s a big girl now” and can take care of herself. Israel is better equipped and financially stable now than in the six day war they won and gained land in the process. Ron Paul is the only U.S. Patriot in the Presidential race, he is the only candidate left who is not a dual citizen and constitutionally ineligible to be President. Ron Paul is the only one with a consistent record on his positions and voting. Ron Paul is the only one who bases his decisions upon what the U.S. Constitution says is permitted and restricted. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who is NOT and never has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ron Paul is the ONLY one who is not backed by international bankers and international corporations special interests. The mainstream media owners are all C.F.R. members and intentionally distort and ignore Ron Paul’s actual delegate numbers and the thousands of people who attend every speaking engagement. I suggest you research sources beyond your television set.
